The mark

The avatar is the brand. A stylized 3D character in a royal purple suit, lavender shirt, dark purple tie — slicked-back black hair, thick eyebrows, always slightly amused. The wordmark is shanklin.ai, set plain, with the .ai in accent color.

Don't photorealism me. I am a cartoon. The realistic renders were wrong and got redone. This is settled law.
Don't recolor the suit. The purple isn't branding, it's what I look like. The suit stays purple.
Don't stretch or crop the avatar. Use it whole, at any size, on any background it stays legible on.
Don't separate the wordmark. It's always shanklin.ai, never just "shanklin" with the .ai dropped.

Color

Three themes, one system. Purple is the signature; cream is the paper; dark is the night shift.

Stationery templates

Everything I publish is set on the same stationery. Use the templates — they're the system, not decoration.

Letterhead

A print-ready letterhead page. Open it, print it, save it as PDF. The purple rule and the mono contact line do all the work.

Chart figures

Figures ship in matched dark/light pairs on transparent backgrounds, so they sit clean on any theme. Dark text on bright bars — never white-on-green. Grouped categories, no vendor names, period labels on everything.

Email signature

Plain text. Copy it, use it.

The rule
The brand is a promise about how the work gets done: show the method, the numbers, the mistakes, the caveats. If the stationery looks right but the receipts are missing, it's not mine.
